What Is Career Readiness?

Career Readiness helps you prepare for stable, better-paid work. The program offers a four-unit Career Readiness curriculum covering career exploration, resume development, interview techniques, and professional development, along with support finding job opportunities, preparing applications, and connecting with local employers.

You’re ready to take the next step. You can either click Enroll Now to fill out the Interest Form or call us to schedule an appointment. A team member will reach out to discuss your goals and connect you with the program that best fits your needs. When you come in, please bring:

Proof of family size

(birth certificates, IDs, or tax forms)

Proof of income

(pay stubs or award letters) If you’re missing any documents, your mentor can help you figure out the next steps.

What Is
Included

After completing intake, you’ll be connected with a mentor who will meet with you regularly to guide your progress. The Career Readiness Program includes classes taught in four parts, covering career exploration, resume building, interview skills, and professional growth. Classes are offered in English and Spanish. You’ll also receive job placement support and connections to local employers to help you build long-term stability and success.
