Mentoring for You - Begin with Stability
One-on-One Support to Build Stability and Growth.
WHAT IS
MENTORING?
The Mentoring Program provides individualized, one-on-one support to help clients navigate services, access resources, and achieve goals related to personal development, family stability, and economic mobility. After your first visit, a mentor will help you take the next steps, starting with immediate needs like food, clothing, ID recovery, and other essential resources, while providing consistent guidance throughout your journey. All clients enrolled in educational programs, including Career Readiness, Financial Literacy, and Positive Parenting, are automatically enrolled in mentoring to ensure they receive holistic, wraparound support. This flexible approach allows mentors to complement any existing support systems without creating additional burdens.
Next Steps &
What to Bring
You're ready to take the next step. You can either click Enroll Now to fill out the Interest Form or call us to schedule an appointment. A team member will reach out to discuss your goals and connect you with the program that best fits your needs.
When you come in, please bring:
Proof of family size (birth certificates, IDs, or tax forms)
Proof of income (pay stubs or award letters).
If you're missing any documents, your mentor can help you figure out the next steps.
